Breakfast Time

1.Your breakfast should be after 30-40 minutes after waking up.

can extend it to 9:00am.

Lunch Time

1.Best time to take lunch should be 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Your body requires meal at this time.

2.Always remember to maintain 4 hours gap between breakfast and lunch.

3.Most important thing, your lunch should not be after 4:00pm.

Dinner Time

1.While keeping your body/health in your mind, dinner time should be between 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

2.There should be 3 hours gap between your dinner and sleeping time.

3.If you take dinner some minutes before going to bed, it will affect your health.

4.Dinner should not be after 10:00pm.
